to airline-ready, automatically

We support a broad set of major Air Force and Army flight, training, evaluation, and career records, along with civilian logbook exports. That includes AFTO 781s, ARMS histories, ARTEMIS and Envision exports, G/TIMS records, the DA 759 family, DA 2408-12s, Army training records, civilian logbook exports, and FAA 8710-1 summaries. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and the bulk CAFRS data export are not supported yet. Check the supported records page before uploading. Plan choice never changes which document types are available.

Most supported records are ready in seconds. Large scans, handwriting, and image-heavy files can take longer, but they follow the same processing path on every plan. Career receives priority during high demand; it does not unlock additional formats or guarantee same-day completion.

Yes, when it is the right tool for the file. Sortie Tracker reads digital forms and spreadsheets directly, uses text recognition for scans, and can use AI-assisted image reading for harder photos and documents. The original source stays attached, and uncertain results are flagged instead of quietly guessed.

Yes. Supported G/TIMS records include gradesheets, the Summary Record of Training, and the Aviation Training Jacket. The importer preserves course summaries and ride history as career records. If the full jacket contains pages that cannot yet produce maneuver-level detail, those pages stay with the record and are flagged.

There is no universal airline conversion rule. Sortie Tracker keeps raw military categories and civilian totals separate, then prepares the view you need without changing the original flight. Always follow the current instructions in AirlineApps, Pilot Credentials, or the hiring airline's own portal.

Duplicate files are stopped before processing starts again. Likely repeated sorties are flagged, while summary-only records stay separate from flight-level records. You only need to step in when the same flight may have come from more than one system.

The original documents stay attached, military time and application totals are labeled separately, and anything uncertain is flagged. Before submitting an official application, give the flagged items and final totals a quick check and follow the airline or FAA instructions.

The export view puts your reviewed flights into Section III of the current FAA Form 8710-1. Copy values into the official IACRA application. Sortie Tracker does not submit or sign the application for you.

Records are processed inside your account rather than mailed to a data-entry service. You can export your data, and account controls provide a deletion path. See the security overview and privacy policy for the current controls and commitments.

Yes. Starting before separation gives you more time to retrieve missing source forms, ask a records office about a discrepancy, and preserve flight-level detail that may not survive in a final summary. You can also keep adding new sorties as you fly.

No. Logbook Monthly, Logbook Annual, and Career include the same supported documents, imports, military-to-civilian conversion, duplicate and gap checks, aircraft tools, airline and FAA views, and CSV/PDF exports. Career changes how long you have access and adds processing priority plus a same-business-day first support response. It does not include meetings or a white-glove conversion service.

Manual entry is free: you can add sorties and career records to your logbook without a paid plan. You can also preview up to three uploaded documents, no credit card required. Adding the automatically extracted results to your logbook requires a paid plan. The complete product is $69 month-to-month or $199/year, with Annual recommended for most pilots.
